Voyager Lounge
Booth seating · Hospitality environment · Integrated lighting
Custom booth seating and integrated lighting developed as part of the Voyager interior environment.
-
The Voyager atrium forms the central social and event space within the studio, used daily by staff and regularly reconfigured for larger gatherings.
The lounge area was developed to extend the architectural language of the Voyager Bar, creating a cohesive hospitality setting incorporating bespoke tables, planters and a programmable back-lit mural.
-
Detailed renders and in-game references informed a mirrored pair of semi-enclosed booth banks positioned either side of the bar.
Behind each, a large lightbox wall was engineered with programmable lighting that shifts from day to night while appearing visually static. The system runs automatically, supporting daily use and evening events without manual adjustment.
Materials were selected for durability and ease of maintenance, from composite tabletops to upholstery specified for sustained high-traffic use.
-
The completed installation provides seating for 36 people within a robust, high-use environment.
Layered lighting allows the atrium to move seamlessly from informal workspace to evening event setting, while durable finishes ensure longevity in a heavily trafficked space.
